Dr. Bobby Allen
Dr. Allen’s service career began as a private and culminated as a First Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers. He has perfected the art of using skills developed in the military to maximize his opportunities in the civilian sector and seeks to share this expertise with other veterans. Dr. Allen is a Georgia certified educator with over 20 years in education. He holds a Georgia Educator’s Certificate in education leadership, English to speakers of other languages and early childhood education. Additionally, he holds both a Doctor of Education and a Specialist of Education in Education Leadership, a Master of Public Administration with focuses in education and human resource management and a Bachelor of Arts in Music.
Jeffrey Dinkins Sr., MPA, BS
Jeffrey Dinkins, Sr. holds a Master of Public Administration with a Human Resource Concentration. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Management Concentration as a Georgia Education Certification in Middle Grades 4-8, Math, English and Social Studies. Mr. Dinkins has also served this country as a member of the Reserves; he was commissioned as an officer in 1990. Mr. Dinkins is an active part of his community and is a member of various organizations. He is a member of F &AM Lodge #592, AASR Atlanta Consistory #24 A, AEAONMS Nabbar Temple #128. In addtion, Mr. Dinkins is past president of the Stockbridge-Jonesboro Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and a recipent of the Bert V. Wadkins Award.
Clairice Brown-Allen, MBA, MA, LPC, CAMS
Clairice is a licensed professional counselor with the state of Georgia with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling. She also holds a nationally certified MBA and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Clairice is a Certified Anger Management Specialist.In order to effectively assist her clients, Clairice utilizes a holistic approach. This approach allows her to gain insight into the challenges that hinders her clients from obtaining optimal overall wellness, both mentally and physically. In an effort to gain insight and understanding of the client, Clairice administers research and evidence based assessments based on the concerns and problems and of the client. This allows her to use the best techniques and appropriate interventions to guide the client along the road to recovery. Clairice is also a United States Army Veteran. As a way of giving back to other veterans in her community, Clairice has partnered with Give an Hour to provide therapy sessions to veterans and their families. Lastly, in continuing her education, Clairice is currently enrolled in Liberty University’s doctoral program. She is pursuing her doctoral degree in Community Counseling: Marriage and Family Therapy.
